This is a summer activity when we visit the gardens of friends within Andorra to see what can be achieved and to gain inspiration. We meet infrequently and often at the last moment (if a particular plant is at is best, for example) and exchange views, information and sometimes seeds and plants.
We would like to visit gardens further a field in France and Spain and with this in mind suggestions are always welcome for a one or two-day trip.
We have recently organized two trips “up the mountains” in a small 4×4 bus to get to see those mountain plants that we like to see but are often too unfit to be walk up to see.
Please let me have your suggestions – often it just takes one keen gardener to prompt us to group action!
