Statutes

The Club is registered as a non profit making association under Andorran law. Run by a elected Board of 11 persons, the president is John Pinnell. Its rules and statutes have been drafted in accordance with the requirements of local law. They do not make easy reading as the official versions are in Catalan and follow the formal requirements of the law on associations. However, here they are for those readers who like to see what underpins the Club:

Club Data Protection Policy – 12/22

The Board has approved an updated data protection policy at its recent meeting on December 13.

This policy is important as it allows certain personal information about members to be maintained by activity group leaders and also allows for photographs (and videos with or without sound) to be taken during Club activities.

Members who accept the direct debit for renewal of their subscription or who choose to pay their subscription directly to the Club will be assumed to have consented this data protection policy by so doing.

If any member has any reservations about the policy they should initially contact the President directly and confidentially by sending a message to john.pinnell@pinnejo.com so that their reservations can be discussed and solutions found. If there are then any formal issues not resolved the member should report them to the Delegate for Data Protection. The Board very much hopes that there will be no formal issues to be reported by members, which is why an initial informal contact with the President is here requested for any issues.
